Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was cozy and clean, but the service could have been friendlier. The location was excellent for our needs, close to downtown. Dining options were minimal, but the facilities were decent for the price we paid.

The hotel is very convenient with easy on/easy off access to I-580/395, quiet with good places to walk the dog. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet, but they didn't have a hairdryer and the toilet wasn't able to be used with a sofa bed all the time. The service was very nice, although they could have been a little more friendlier. The dining was adequate and minimal to get you started for the day, but it was only an orange, prepackaged muffin and one small granola bar.
